摘要
菲利克斯·劳耐尔是德国不莱梅大学技术与教育研究所创始所长,是劳动过程导向职业教育思潮的代表人物。近年来,国外学者从劳动过程导向职业教育思想、普职关系、双元制与青年人失业问题应对方案、职业教育治理模式、职业能力开发与测评(COMET)项目等方面切入,对劳耐尔职业教育思想进行了较为充分的研究。当前,我国职业教育处于教育和培训体系亟待完善、产教深度融合、制造业人才急需培养的关键时期,劳耐尔职业教育思想对完善我国现代职业教育体系、促进形成教育和产业统筹融合发展格局、转变职业教育治理模式、构建职业教育人才培养质量评价指标体系等都有重要启示。
Felix Rauner is the founding director of the Institute of Technology and Education(ITB) at Bremen University in Germany and the representative of the labor-oriented professional education. In recent years, foreign scholars have studied Rauner's thoughts on vocational education from the aspects of labor process-oriented vocational education, general vocational relationship, dual system and youth unemployment coping plan, governance mode of vocational education, professional ability development and assessment (COMET) project and so on. All of research focus on social, critical, international, wide range of professional fields and other characteristics. At present, China's vocational education is in a critical period of education and training system, deep integration of production and education, and urgent need for cultivation of manufacturing talents. Rauner's vocational education thoughts have enlightenment significance for China's modern vocational education system, for promoting the formation of education and industry integrated development pattern, change the vocational education governance model and build a vocational education personnel training quality evaluation index system in China.
