摘要
从原料油组成、石脑油加入量、渣油掺炼质量分数、原料中钠或镍离子质量分数等方面,综述了在正常生产情况下,原料油性质对催化裂化(FCC)汽油辛烷值的影响。结果表明:采取加大原料中环烷烃或芳烃质量分数,提高渣油掺炼质量分数,降低石脑油进料量或进料位置下移,将加氢FCC柴油回炼,降低原料中氧化钠或碱性氮化物质量分数,适当提高镍离子质量分数等措施,均可提高FCC汽油的辛烷值。
The effects of raw oil qualities on octane number of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)gasoline were reviewed with 14 references in terms of the raw oil composition,the added naphtha quantity, the mass fractions of blended residual oil,sodium or nickel ion in the raw oil.The results showed that the several effective measures could improve the octane number of FCC gasoline, including increasing the mass fraction of naphthenic or aromatic hydrocarbon,reducing naphtha feeding quantity or lowering feeding position,recycling hydrogenated FCC diesel,decreasing the mass fraction sodium oxide or alkaline nitrogen compound in raw material,improving the nickel ion mass fraction appropriately, etc.
