摘要
2018年3月21日巴西±800 kV欣古换流站因技术缺陷导致连锁反应,出现波及全国的大面积停电事故,对巴西北部和东北部14州造成重大影响。本文简要介绍了巴西电网的概况、事故的发展过程,初步分析了巴西3.21大停电事故的主要原因。从继电保护、安全稳定装置配置及策略分析、电厂一次调频特性等方面对祁韶直流的相应环节展开分析评估,结合湖南电网实际,总结了此次大停电事故经验教训。
The technical defects of Brazil ±800 kV Xingu convertor station led to chain reaction on March 21st, 2018. Widespread power outages affecting the entire country have had a significant impact in 14 northern and north-eastern Brazilian states. The general situation and the course of the accident of Brazilian power grid are introduced briefly in the paper. Furthermore, the main causes of the accident are analyzed in this article. On the basis of Brazilian blackout, Qishao DC transformation line is evaluated from the relay protection, configuration and strategy analysis of security and stability equipment, primary frequency regulation of power plants. Considering the actual condition of Hunan power grid, the lessons from Brazilian blackout on March 21st are summarized.
