摘要 某220 kV主变总烃快速增长,对红外测温、铁芯及夹件接地电流检测、负荷情况综合分析后,采取压控负荷及跟踪检测有效控制了缺陷发展。通过停电诊断发现高压侧C相直流电阻明显偏大,经分段检查与准确定位,处理了分接开关位于油箱内部的选择开关外引线固定螺栓松动故障。本文主要对该主变典型缺陷管控、诊断及处理进行分析,为处理相似问题提供经验。 A 220 kV main variable total hydrocarbon increases rapidly. After the infrared temperature measurement, iron core and sandwich ground current detection, load analysis, by the use of pressure control load and tracking test the development of defects had been controled. It is found that the high voltage side C phase DC resistance is obviously too large by power outage diagnosis. After segmental inspection and diagnosis, the failure of fixing bolt loosening of the tap changer external lead is located inside the fuel tank. This paper mainly analyzes the defect control, diagnosis and treatment of the main model, and provides experience for the treatment of similar problems.
