摘要
传统的发电机旋转备用容量确定方法往往是取单机机组的最大容量或者是负荷的固定百分比,但随着电网新能源以及直流等电力电子设备的大量接入,为保障电网在发生故障后的稳定运行,特别是故障后的系统电压恢复,需要配置更多的旋转备用。本文从原理以及仿真的角度分析了发电机旋转备用对于湖南电网电压稳定的影响,为指导大比例新能源以及直流接入电网运行提供参考。
The traditional method of determining the generator spinning reserve capacity depends on the maximum capacity of single unit in system or the fixed percentage of load. But with high penetration of renewable energy and large amount of connected power electronic equipment such as DC transmission, in order to ensure the system stability,especially the recovery of system voltage after fault clearance, more capacity of spinning reserve is needed comparing with traditional method. In this paper, the influence of spinning reserve on Hunan power grid voltage stability is analyzed with theoretical analysis and system simulation. It provides reference for system operation with high penetration of renewable energy and DC power.
