摘要
某隔板点火装置在低温试验时壳体炸裂,经仿真分析、工艺复查、力学性能测试、金相检验等方法进行了失效分析,结果表明:壳体因热处理工艺发生更改,使材料硬度大幅度超出设计要求,导致壳体塑性差,冲击韧性低,在低温状态下受爆炸冲击发生过载破裂。
The shell rupture for shock initiating of a bulkhead igniter occurred in low temperature test.Simulation analysis,technology review,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing,metallographic examination are performed during the failure analysis.The results show that the heat treatment process of vacuum furnace caused the higher hardness,thicker microstructure grain,and lower impact toughness of the shell.Thus overload rupture occurred under explosive shock at low temperature.
