我国建筑行业在不断快速发展的同时,也面临着巨大的挑战。因此施工单位需要根据施工质量的实际情况来做系统的、详尽的分析和评估,不断对自身进行检查。在建筑施工实际操作的过程当中,由于施工周期的冗长,出现的不确定风险的几率也会随之增加。文章以工业建筑工程项目风险管理作为研究对象,从建筑材料、施工人员素质等多个方面进行解析,意在构建一个完整的工程管理体制,能够有效应对工业建筑工程项目风险,推动工业建筑工程项目的稳步有序开展。

While continuously rapid development of construction industry in our country, is facing great challenge.Therefore, the construction unit needs to make systematic, detailed analysis and evaluation according to the actual situation of construction quality, and continuously check itself.In the process of actual construction, due to the long construction period, the probability of uncertain risks will increase accordingly.Taking the risk management of industrial construction project as the research core, this paper analyzes the construction materials, construction personnel quality and other aspects, aiming at a complete engineering management system of components, which can effectively deal with the risk of industrial construction project and promote the steady and orderly development of industrial construction project.
