摘要
通过对13点激光车辙检测数据的分析,构建了车辙原始横断面。采用角度旋转法和三次样条插值法对车辙原始断面数据进行了旋转和光滑处理,建立了标准车辙横断面图形。其中,对车辙横断面的旋转处理消除了路拱横坡所导致的车辙断面存在倾斜的影响,光滑处理使所获取的车辙断面更加真实。在对比常用的车辙深度计算方法模拟直尺法和包络线法的基础上,最终选取包络线法计算1D车辙深度以及车辙宽度。基于梯形积分法则计算了2D车辙正负面积。实验表明,所提取的车辙横断面指标能够全面、准确的表征车辙特征。
Through analyzing the data of 13 point laser rutting test, the rut original cross section was constructed. The angle rotation method and cubic spline interpolation method were used to smooth and rotate the original rut section data, and the standard rut cross section graph was established. Among them, the rotating treatment of rut cross-section eliminates the influence of inclination caused by the cross-slope of road arch, and smooth treatment makes the obtained rut cross-section more realistic. On the basis of comparing the simulation ruler method and envelope method, the envelope method is selected to calculate the 1D rutting depth and width. Based on trapezoidal integral rule, the rutting positive and negative area of 2D is calculated. The experiment shows that the rutting cross section index can express rutting characteristics comprehensively and accurately.
