摘要 采用气相色谱法在不同温度下对五种烟草材料的热裂解产物进行比较分析。结果显示:不同烟草材料烟碱释放量在300℃左右达到峰值;烟碱释放量随温度升高而增加,150~250℃增速最快,300℃与350℃时释放差异较小;丙三醇在200~300℃时释放量增加,300~350℃基本不变;300℃条件下,烤烟与香料烟的香味成分释放量明显高于其他烟草材料,白肋烟中的氮杂环类物质、烯烃物质及生物碱释量明显高于其他烟草材料,薄片中仅醇类、酸类、酚类化合物释放水平略高。 The pyrolysis behaviors of five tobacco materials at different temperatures were studied by on-line pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that the release of nicotine from different tobacco materials reached its peak at about 300 ℃. Nicotine release increased with the temperature, and the fastest rate was found in the temperature range of 150~250 ℃. The difference of nicotine release between 300 ℃ and 350 ℃ was small. Release of glycerol increased at 200~300 ℃, and was unchanged at 300~350 ℃. Release of aroma components from flue-cured tobacco and spice tobacco was significantly higher than other tobacco materials at 300 ℃. Release levels of nitrogen heterocyclic substances, olefins and alkaloids in burley tobacco were significantly higher than those of other tobacco materials at 300 ℃. Except for the release of alcohols, acids and phenols, the release of other aroma components in tobacco sheet was lower than that of other tobacco materials at 300 ℃.
