摘要
随着红河油田注水开发,原油综合含水率不断提高,处理后的污水输送井口后水质再次变差,致使注水压力升高,注水井管线腐蚀加重,注水开发效果降低。针对红河油田注水腐蚀加重的问题,持续监测现场污水回注沿程,总结水质变化规律,从微生物腐蚀角度分析得出红河油田腐蚀的主要影响因素是回注污水温度高、硫酸盐还原菌含量高,并针对红河油田现有回注污水质量控制流程,提出切实可行的改进方法。
With the development of water injection in Honghe oilfield, the synthesis water-content of crude oil enhanced unceasingly. The water quality became worse again at the wellhead after treatment, the deterioration of water quality resulted in the increase of water injection pressure, the aggravation of pipeline corrosion and the decrease of water injection development. In view of the aggravation of water injection corrosion in Honghe oilfield, wastewater reinjection along the Honghe oilfield site was continuous monitored and the law of water quality change was summarized. The main factor of corrosion in Honghe oilfield was the high temperature of wastewater reinjection and high content of sulfate reducing bacteria from the perspective of bacterial corrosion. The improvement method was put forward for the wastewater reinjection process of Honghe oilfield.
