基于层次分析法与模糊评价的输电线路路径选择 被引量:2

摘要 为了在输电线路设计初勘选定的几种路径方案中比选出最佳方案,提出了一种采用层次分析法与模糊评价相结合的比选多种架空输电线路方案的方法。建立了考虑建设因素、环境因素、社会因素、运行因素指标集来表征路径方案优劣综合评价模型。针对不同输电线路的建设要求,采用层次分析法计算各层级指标相对于路径最优这一目标的影响权重值。基于指标影响权重,采用模糊评价的方法,对多种架空输电线路方案进行模糊评价,比选得出最优的路径方案。最后,通过具体工程实例验证了方法的可行性。 In order to decide the best path scheme from several path schemes,a method for selecting from a variety of overhead transmission lines is proposed,combining AHP and fuzzy evaluation method.The comprehensive evaluation model of the path scheme is established considering the construction factors,environmental factors,social factors and operational factors.According to requirements of different transmission lines,the influence weight of each index level relative to the optimal path is calculated using analytic hierarchy process.Based on the influence of the index,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the fuzzy scheme of a variety of overhead transmission lines,and the optimal route scheme is obtained.Finally,the feasibility of the method is analyzed and verified by a concrete engineering example.
