基于解释结构模型的变电设备实物资产效益影响因素分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Physical Assets Benefit of Substation Equipment Based on Interpretative Structural Model

变电设备实物资产效益的影响因素很多,明确不同的风险因素对变电设备实物资产效益的影响对于加强变电设备实物资产管理非常有意义。首先利用鱼骨图,总结了变电设备实物资产效益的影响因素并对其进行解释;其次以影响因素为研究对象,运用解释结构模型对影响变电设备实物资产效益的因素进行了分析,得到了影响变电设备实物资产效益的最终风险、源头风险和过程风险。结果表明:万元资产设备故障率是源头风险,频率合格率、资产后续支出率、设备缺陷比率、资产平均负载率、资产闲置率是最终风险。

There are many factors affecting the efficiency of physical assets of substation equipment.It is very meaningful to clarify the impact of different risk factors on the benefits of physical assets of substation equipment for strengthening the management of physical assets of substation equipment.Firstly,by using the fish bone diagram,the influencing factors of the physical assets benefit of the transformer equipment are summarized and explained.Secondly,taking the influencing factors as the research object.The factors are analyzed that affect the benefits of physical assets of substation equipment by using the interpretative structural model,and the final risk,source risk and process risk are obtained that affect the benefits of physical assets of substation equipment.The results show that the failure rate of ten thousand yuan of assets equipment is the source risk,the frequency qualification rate,the assets subsequent expenditure rate,the equipment defect ratio,the averages assets load rate,and the assets idle rate are the ultimate risks.
