摘要
本文主要讲述了食品理化检验质量控制的研究背景,分析了理化检验中的种种弊端,提出了相关的食品质量检验研究方案,以为食品理化检验提供价值导向。
This paper mainly described the research background of quality control in food physical and chemical inspection,analyzed the disadvantages exposed in physical and chemical inspection,and put forward the relevant research schemes of food quality inspection.Finally,it provided valuable guidance for the quality of food physical and chemical inspection.
