摘要
食品检测技术已经得到了很大的发展,特别是生物检测技术极大地促进了食品检测行业的发展,其贯穿于整个食品检测的各个环节,是食品检测中非常有效便利的检测方法,具有良好的发展前景。本文对生物检测技术在食品检测中的实际应用展开讨论和研究,以促进食品检测的发展。
Food detection technologies have been greatly developed,the progress of biological detection technologyhas greatly promoted the development of food detection industry.It runs through all aspects of food detection.It is a very effective and convenient detection method in food detectionand has a good development prospect.This paper describes the application of biological detection technology in food detection in order to promote the development of food detection.
