摘要
伴随着社会经济的持续快速发展,人们的生活条件水平得到了持续的提升,人们在对食品上出的要求也不断提升。但是,最近几年我国的食品质量问题不断凸显,因此需下大力度进行食品检测,而当前我国在食品检测工作上仍然存在很多问题。基于此,本文主要针对食品检测过程中邻苯二甲酸酯的研究情况进行相关的分析与总结。
With the sustained and rapid development of social economy,people’s living conditions have been continuously developed and improved,and people’s demands on food have been constantly improved.However,the quality of food in our country has become increasingly prominent in recent years.So we need to make great efforts to carry out food testing.However,there are still many problems in food testing in our country.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzed and summarized the research situation of phthalate esters in food detection process.
