针对网络信息资源海量、复杂、更新快、良莠不齐等特点,从可信度、价值度出发,探讨了互联网信息资源价值评估的理论方法,梳理了评估属性和可行手段,提出了信息资源的评估思路及方法,为更准确、有效地收集、利用互联网信息资源奠定基础。

The theoretical methods for assessing the value of information resources on Internet were studied in aspects of their confidence and value according to their massive,complex and rapid update characteristics. The attributions and methods for assessing the value of information resources on Internet were summarized. The ideas and methods were proposed for assessing the value of information resources on Internet in order to lay a good foundation for accurate and effective collection and use of the information resources on Internet.
