初乳口腔免疫治疗联合口腔吞咽训练对早产儿经口喂养的影响

Effect of colostrum as oral immunotherapy with swallowing training on the feeding route in premature infants

目的:探究初乳口腔免疫治疗联合口腔吞咽训练对早产儿经口喂养的影响。方法:选取靖江市人民医院2016年2月~2017年2月收治的采用常规护理的早产儿43例作为对照组,另选取2017年3月~2018年8月收治的采用初乳口腔免疫治疗联合口腔吞咽训练干预的早产儿43例作为观察组。对比两组恢复情况及喂养效果。结果:观察组胃管留置时间、完全经口喂养所需时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组喂养效率、喂养成效、摄奶量比值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:初乳口腔免疫治疗联合口腔吞咽训练用于早产儿经口喂养可有效促进其恢复并提高喂养效果,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the effects of colostrum as an oral immunotherapy combined with swallowing training on the feeding route in premature infants.Methods:A total of 43 preterm infants admitted to our hospital from February of 2016 to 2017 were included in control group,and another 43 treated between March 2017 and August 2018 in our hospital with colostrums as oral immunotherapy plus swallowing training were recruited in observational group.Then the two groups were compared regarding the normal oral feeding and feeding effects.Results:Infants in the observational group had shorter indwelling of gastric tube,earlier start of normal oral feeding and reduced hospital stay than those in the control group(P<0.05).The feeding effect as well as feeding efficiency and milk intake ratio was higher in the observational group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Colostrum as an oral immunotherapy combined with swallowing training may improve oral feeding efficacies for premature infants,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
