摘要
目的探讨红桥区健康促进工作对健康素养和慢性病预防的作用。方法选择红桥区某中学在校初中一二年级学生(240名)、家长(240名)和任课教师(25名)作为研究对象,对其实施健康促进工作,比较实施前后具备健康生活方式与行为素养情况、慢性病知识知晓率、调查三类人群慢性病发生情况。结果健康促进工作实施后学生、教师及家长健康生活方式与行为素养情况优于实施前(P<0.05);健康促进工作实施后学生、教师及家长慢性病知识知晓率高于实施前(P<0.05);健康促进工作实施后学生、教师及家长慢性病发生率均未增长,且有所下降,实施前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对中学生及其家长、教师积极开展健康促进工作能够有效改善健康生活方式与行为素养,提高慢性病知识知晓率,有效预防慢性病发生。
Objective To explore the effects of health promotion work on health literacy and prevention of chronic diseases in Hongqiao District.Methods 240 students from grade one and two in a middle school in Hongqiao District and their parents(n =240) and teachers(n =25) were selected as research subjects. Health promotion work was carried out.Their healthy lifestyle, behavioral literacy, knowledge of chronic disease before and after the implementation were compared, and the incidence of chronic diseases in the three groups of population was investigated. Results After the implementation of health promotion work, the healthy lifestyle and behavioral literacy of students, teachers and parents were significantly better than before its implementation(P < 0.05). The knowledge of chronic diseases was significantly higher than before its implementation(P < 0.05).The incidence of chronic diseases did not increase but decreased after its implementation. There was no significant difference before and after implementation(P > 0.05). Conclusion Active health promotion work for middle school students, their parents and teachers can help improve their healthy lifestyle and behavioral literacy, increase their knowledge awareness of chronic diseases, and prevent the occurrence of chronic diseases;therefore, it is of significant value to be popularized in clinical applications.
