China’s Sports Legal System in the New Era

基于新时代全面推进依法治国理论和全面深化体育改革背景,对新时代中国体育法治发展路向进行剖析。认为:新时代体育法治应实现人民体育权利的全方位保障,体育行政权力的法治化运行,体育产业发展、体育社会组织治理及体育争议解决的法治化,体育法治的多元共治,体育立法的科学化,不断提升在国际体育法治中的话语权,为国际体育法治贡献中国智慧,为人类命运共同体的建构贡献中国体育的力量。

The study attempts to discuss the development direction of China’s sports law in the new era,based on the comprehensive analysis of China’s rule of law and reform in the new era.The research shows that the rule of law in sports in the new era should guarantee the people’sports rights and the legalized operation of sports administrative power.The development of sports industry and sports social organizations as well as the sports dispute should be ruled by law.Besides,the pluralism of the rule of law in sports and scientific legislation in sports should be taken into account,which will increase the Chinese right to speak in the rule of law in international sports,hence to contribute Chinese wisdom both to the rule of law in international sports and the construction of the community of human destiny.
