医院船“和谐使命-2018”海外医疗服务检验工作的实践与思考

总结医院船“和谐使命-2018”海外医疗服务的临床检验实践。回顾分析与总结“和谐使命-2018”任务南太平洋地区巴布亚新几内亚、瓦努阿图、斐济和汤加4国,中南美洲地区委内瑞拉、格林纳达、多米尼克、安提瓜和巴布达、多米尼加及厄瓜多尔6国,共计10国的临床检验工作完成情况。在“和谐使命-2018”任务中,检验科共完成血液常规、生化项目、凝血项目、免疫检测等检测项目数共计8 912人次,其中血液常规项目2 250人次,生化检测2 317人次,免疫检测2 314人次,凝血功能项目检测477人次,尿液常规检测1 373人次,前出医疗服务生化检测78人次,便常规等杂项103人次。所有检测项目顺利完成,成功保障与配合“和谐使命-2018”任务顺利完成的经验包括但不局限于合理配备检验科医生、完善物资准备、强化仪器设备维护和保养、重视质控意识、掌握优先原则、优化信息系统和利用远程医疗会诊,提高诊疗水准等,本次任务实践对海外医疗服务和应急医疗援助的进一步提高完善具有一定的参考价值。

Objective To sum up the practice of the clinical laboratory work during overseas medical service of "Mission Harmony-2018".Methods The paper made a retrospective analysis and summary of the clinical laboratory work during overseas medical service in such Oceanic countries as Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Fiji and Tonga in the South Pacific Region, and in Latin American countries, including Venezuela, Grenada, Dominica, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, and Ecuador.Results During "Mission Harmony-2018", totally 8 912 man times of clinical laboratory tests including blood routine, biochemical detections, blood coagulation detection and immunological detection were performed during the overseas medical service. Of all the tests, 2 250 were blood routine tests, 2 317 were biochemistry tests, 2 314 were immunological tests, 477 were blood coagulation tests, 1 373 were conventional urine tests, 78 were pre-medical service biochemical tests and 103 other routine tests.Conclusion All the laboratory tests were successfully completed. Our experience derived from the overseas medical service of "Mission Harmony-2018" included, but was not restricted to the followings: proper staffing of clinical laboratory technicians, sufficient medical material supply, good maintenance and repair of medical systems, high sense of quality control, application of priority principle, optimization of information system and remote medical consultation, and improvement of medical treatment skills. This overseas medical practice is of practical value for further improvement of overseas medical service and emergency medical support in the further.
