复方利多卡因乳膏减轻动脉留置针穿刺疼痛的疗效观察

Efficacy of compound lidocaine cream for pain relief of artery cannulation

目的观察复方利多卡因乳膏应用于手术患者动脉留置针穿刺的镇痛效果。方法选取2016年10月至2017年5月在解放军第一七四医院麻醉科手术室手术、需行动脉穿刺的患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。实验组于术前30 min在穿刺部位涂抹复方利多卡因乳膏,对照组涂抹护手霜,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和观察患者心率的变化及面部表情变化评估患者疼痛情况。结果实验组患者VAS评分为(1.6±0.9)分,显著低于对照组的VAS评分(4.5±1.7)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方利多卡因乳膏能有效减轻患者在动脉留置针穿刺中的疼痛感,提高患者舒适度,且简单经济,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of compound lidocaine cream for pain relief of artery cannulation.Methods Sixty patients who required artery cannulation before surgery were selected for the study, and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each consisting of 30 patients. Thirty minutes prior to surgery, the experimental group had compound lidocaine cream applied to the puncture point, while the control group had hand cream at the puncture point. Visual analogue scales(VAS) as well as observation of the changes in the heart rate and facial expression were used to evaluate seriousness of pain.Results The VAS scores in the experimental group were(1.6±0.9), which were noticeably lower than those of control group(4.5±1.7). Statistical significance could be noted, when comparisons were made between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream could significantly alleviate pain seriousness of artery cannulation and improve patients′ sense of comfort, and in the meantime it was more economical. Therefore, it is worth further popularization in clinical practice.
