摘要
基于2017年福建省新生代农民工的调查数据,从就业能力、就业收入、就业环境、就业稳定性和就业权益保障等5个维度分析新生代农民工就业可持续性的群体差异,并利用因子分析法对其就业可持续性水平进行评价。研究发现:新生代农民工就业可持续性存在显著的性别和户籍地差异;同时,新生代农民工就业可持续性水平整体较差,就业能力对其影响最大。据此,提出加强职业技能培训以提高农民工就业能力、强化企业社会责任以改善农民工工作条件、加强权益保障工作以提升农民工保障力度等对策,以有效提升新生代农民工的就业可持续性。
Based on the survey data of new generation of migrant workers in Fujian in 2017, this paper analyzes the group differences of the employment sustainability of the new generation of migrant workers from five aspects, including employment ability, employment income, employment environment, employment stability and protection of employment rights and interests, and evaluates the level of employment sustainability by using factor analysis. The study finds that the employment sustainability of the new generation of migrant workers has significant differences on gender and household registration. At the same time, the level of employment sustainability is poor and the employment ability has the greatest impact on it. Accordingly, it is proposed three strategies to improve the employment sustainability of the new generation of migrant workers effectively, such as strengthening vocational skills training to improve the employment ability of migrant workers, strengthening corporate social responsibility to improve the working conditions of migrant workers, and strengthening the protection of rights and interests to enhance the protection of migrant workers, in order to effectively enhance the employment sustainability of the new generation of migrant workers.
