基于空间关联的福建省区域经济协调发展研究

The coordinated development of regional economy in Fujian based on spatial correlation

以县域为空间单位,分析了2000—2015年福建省各县域经济增长的空间分异与空间关联,在此基础上,构建了基于经济增长溢出的空间计量模型。结果显示,产业结构、固定资产投资、地方财政收入,以及地理空间邻接、空间距离邻近及经济距离邻近县域的经济增长,均对经济增长产生积极影响。从空间关联视角提出了福建省区域经济协调发展的对策:优化产业结构促各县域经济增长、持续增加资本投资与财政收入、进一步完善县域间基础设施网络、构建各县域合作互动的机制体系。

Taking the county as spatial unit, this paper analyzes the spatial differentiation and spatial correlation of economic growth of each county in Fujian from 2000 to 2015. Based on this, this paper constructs a spatial econometric model of economic growth spillovers. The results shows that industrial structure, fixed assets investment, local fiscal income, as well as geographical adjacency, spatial proximity or economic growth proximity counties have a positive impact on economic growth. This paper puts forward some measures for the coordinated development of regional economy in Fujian from the perspective of spatial correlation , such as optimizing the industrial structure to promote the economic growth of counties, increasing continually capital investment and fiscal income, further improving the infrastructure network among counties, and constructing the mechanism system of cooperation and interaction between counties.
