社区新零售视角下福州市便利店发展研究

The development of convenience stores in Fuzhou from the perspective of community new retail

以福州市便利店行业为例,以社区新零售为视,针对存在专业管理人才缺乏、行业门店存量不足、运营成本居高不下以及便利店的营商环境欠佳等问题,提出加快行业人才培养、全渠道发展提高存量、智慧型大数据运营以及改善行业营商环境等措施,为便利店行业健康有序发展提供参考。

Take Fuzhou convenience stores industry as an example from the perspective of community new retail, aiming at the problems of lack of professional management personnel, insufficient stock of industry stores, high operating costs, and poor business environment of convenience stores, this paper puts forward some measures such as speeding up the cultivation of industry talents, improving channel development, intelligent big data operation and business environment of the industry in order to provide reference for the healthy and orderly development of convenience stores industry.
