发电厂环保监测的物联网远程终端设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对用户发电厂环保监督的需求,设计一种基于移动4G的物联网终端,实现对发电厂排污处理设施的运行状态和排污情况的检测、网络数据传输。使用基于Cortex-M3的ARM处理器,扩展100M以太网络接口、AI、DI和DO过程通道以及本地人机交互界面,实现所需功能。针对终端运行的环境条件,重点进行了抗电磁干扰和防水设计。在完成设计任务之后,对其进行了检测验证,所设计产品可满足用户的技术要求。 According to the requirements of environmental protection supervision in power plant,it is necessary to design an Internet of Things terminal based on mobile 4G to realize the detection and network data transmission about operation status of sewage treatment facilities and pollution discharge situation in power plants.In order to achieve these functions,a Cortex-M3 ARM is used,and 100M Ethernet interface is extended,and I/O process channels and man-machine interface are developed.Aiming at the environmental conditions of terminal operation,the anti-electromagnetic interference and water-proof design are emphatically carried out.After completing the design task,the product is tested and verified,and the product met the technical requirements.
