摘要
光伏因受光照强度和气候条件的影响电压波动较大,为了适应不同类型锂电池充电需要,设计了一种光伏充电系统,该系统可通过程序控制,采用基于XL6019的恒压恒流充电电路,以STM32F103C8T6作为系统微处理器,由ACS712采集电流信号,通过硬件闭环实现恒流设计,通过上位机的指令控制充电的电压以及恒流值,以适应不同锂电池的充电要求。测试结果表明,该充电系统输出电压在5~20V之间可调,调节误差在1%以内。
The photovoltaic voltage fluctuates greatly under the influence of light intensity and climatic conditions.In order to adapt to different types of lithium battery charging needs,a photovoltaic charging system is designed.The system adopts a constant voltage and current charging circuit based on XL6019,STM32F103C8T6 is used as the system microprocessor,constant current design is realized by hardware closed loop through compare the current signal and voltage by ACS712 for comparison.The upper machine instructions are used to control the charging voltage and current value to meet the different lithium battery charging requirement.The experiment results show that the output voltage of the charging system can be adjusted between 5~20 V,and the adjustment error is less than 1%.
