Research on the Application of Mixing Learning Model of Career Training in Internet Plus Environment

目前,职业培训混合式学习研究主要集中在传统课堂学习和计算机网络学习的混合,而随着教育信息化的推进,移动学习成为学习趋势。本文在深入理解混合式学习内涵的基础上,构建了混合式学习模式,搭建了由五个模块组成的学习平台,并将学习模式和平台应用于翻转课堂的实践培训教学中,全方位掌握学习者对混合式学习的参与情况及学习效果。

At present, vocational training mixing learning studies mainly focuses on traditional class learning and the computer on-line learning. With the development of the educational informationization, mobile learning beome a trend for learning. Based on the understanding deeply of the connotation of mixing learning, this paper builds mixing learning mode, sets up a learning platform that consists of five modules, and applies these into the practice training teaching of the flipped classroom, which make us well known the studies effect on the mixing learning.
