改性花生壳粉对水中Pb2+的吸附研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文对改性花生壳处理水中Pb^2+的研究,以花生壳为原料,采用乙酸溶液为改性剂,制备乙酸改性花生壳粉末为吸附剂,并用于吸附水溶液中Pb2+。考察吸附花生壳的投加用量、溶液的pH、吸附前Pb^2+溶液的初始浓度、吸附时间对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,处理40mL初始浓度70mg·L^-1 Pb^2+溶液,在吸附时间为60min,改性花生壳投加量为0.6g,控制pH=5.0,改性花生壳吸附率可达97.44%,比未改性花生壳吸附效果好。 Absorbents were prepared from preanut shell by modification with form Acetic Acid, and then it was applied to absorb Pb^2+ in the aqueous solution. The factors impacting adsorption of modified peanut shell on Pb^2+ were investigated including pH, Dosge of peanut shells, initial concentration of metal and adsorption time. The optimal conditions of using modified preanut shells adsorbing Pb^2+ are as follows: treat 70 mg·L^-1 of Pb^2+ solution of 40 mL, using 0.6 g of modified peanut shell ,at pH=5.0, oscilating absorption 60 min. Under the same condition, the adsorption rate Pb^2+ about the modified peanut shell were 97.44 %. Compared with untreated preanut shell, the modified peanut shell has better adsorption effect.
