摘要
在市政污水处理过程中,污水一般经预处理、生化系统、沉淀、消毒等工序处理后排放。由于生物除磷对总磷的去除率较低,还不能稳定达到一级A的排放要求,出水总磷达到一级A排放标准小于0.5mg/L,一般辅助化学除磷方法使出水达到这标准;因大多较早建设的污水厂,自动化程度不高;对化学除磷药剂的投加系统采用动力投加和人工现场调节流量阀门等方式来投加,很难确保出水水质的稳定达标,及对除磷药剂的精确投加以节约成本的目的。为实现对化学除磷加药的精准控制,以实现加药量更加经济、合理、保障出水总磷的稳定达标,因此对加药系统进行自动化升级和改造,通过采用除磷加药控制技术可以实现在达标的基础上减小除磷药剂投加的目的。
In municipal sewage treatment process, sewage is generally discharged after pretreatment, biochemical system, precipitation, disinfection and other processes. Because the removal rate of total phosphorus by biological phosphorus removal is relatively low, it is not stable to meet the discharge requirement of Grade A, and the effluent total phosphorus reaches the discharge standard of Grade one A less than 0.5 mg/L, and the general auxiliary chemical phosphorus removal method makes the effluent reach this standard. Because most of the earlier construction of sewage plants, the degree of automation is not high;It is difficult to ensure the stability of effluent water quality and the purpose of saving the cost for the accurate application of phosphorus remover to the chemical phosphorus removal agent feeding system by means of power dosing and manual on-site regulating flow valve, etc. It is very difficult to ensure that the effluent water quality is stable and up to the standard. In order to realize accurate control of chemical phosphorus removal and dosing, so as to realize more economical, reasonable and stable total phosphorus in effluent, the automatic upgrading and modification of the dosing system are carried out. The aim of reducing the dosage of phosphorus remover can be achieved on the basis of reaching the standard by adopting the control technology of phosphorus removal and dosing.
