摘要
沉积物中的重金属会对环境产生影响,其中汞的毒性较大。本实验使用原子荧光法,对沉积物中的汞元素总量进行了测定,该方法检出限、定量限分别是0.005μg/L、0.017μg/L,精密度RSD<5%,沉积物标准样品的测定值都在标准品浓度参考值范围内。
Heavy metals in sediments could affect the environment, and mercury is toxic. Atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine mercury in sediments. The detection limit and quantitative limit were 0.005 μg/L and 0.017 μg/L, respectively. The precision RSD was less than 5 %. The determination values of standard sediment samples were within the reference values of the concentration of standard sediments.
