摘要
依据GB5009.225-2016《食品安全国家标准酒中乙醇浓度的测定》中的数字密度计法,测定白兰地酒中的酒精度,建立测定结果的不确定度评定方法,以评估测定结果的质量情况。
According to the digital densitometer method in GB 5009.225-2016 “National Standard for Food Safety Determination of Ethanol Concentration in Wine”, the alcoholicity of brandy was determined, and the uncertainty evaluation method of the results was established to evaluate the quality of the results.
