摘要
采用微波消解法消解饲料样品,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定饲料中的铬。对基体改进剂的使用、灰化温度、原子化温度等对测定结果有影响的因素进行了研究,确定了最佳实验条件。结果表明:Cr在0~15μg/L范围内呈线性关系,其线性相关系数R=0.9987,回收率为98.2%~103.1%,相对标准偏差为2.35%,方法有良好的精密度和准确度。
The feed samples were digested by microwave digestion and the chromium in feed was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The influence factors of matrix modifier, ashing temperature and atomization temperature on the determination results were studied, and the optimum experimental conditions were determined. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9987, the recovery was 98.2 %~103.1 %, and the relative standard deviation was 2.35 %. The method had good precision and accuracy.
