新常态下高校工会工作面临前所未有的发展机遇及新的挑战,如何进一步做好高校工会文体工作也摆在了广大工会文体工作者的面前。为深入剖析文体工作内涵,文章从文体活动在工会工作中的地位、作用与意义,做好高校文体工作的“三个结合”,文体活动助推一流大学建设的实践案例等方面展开讨论与研究,期待能为高校工会文体工作的统筹推进找到新的突破口。

Under the new normal situation, union work in universities is facing unprecedented development opportunities and new challenges. How to further improve Union sports work in universities is also placed in front of the majority of Union sports workers. In order to analyze the connotation of stylistic work in depth, this paper discusses and studies the status, role and significance of stylistic activities in union work, the “three combinations” of College stylistic work, and the practical cases of stylistic activities promoting the construction of first-class universities, hoping to find a new breakthrough for the overall promotion of union stylistic work in universities.
