摘要
针对高压水清洗钻杆装置中的喷嘴的安装角度对清洗效果的影响,对喷嘴的外部流场建立了模型,采用多相流中的Mixture模型,用Fluent仿真软件对不同冲击角和不同压力下的外部流场进行了分析,对压力和速度云图进行分析,结果表明:通过对不同速度下的喷嘴进行研究,得出最佳的冲击角度为60°,研究不同压力下在冲击角为60°的压力和速度变化,可得出对于圆柱形喷嘴的最佳安装角度为60°。
Aiming at the influence of the installation angle of the nozzle in the high-pressure water cleaning drill pipe device on the cleaning effect, the model of the external flow field of the nozzle is established, and the Mixture model in the multi-phase flow is used, and the Fluent simulation software is used for different impact angles and different pressures. The external flow field was analyzed and the pressure and velocity cloud images were analyzed. The results show that the best impact angle is 60 by studying the nozzles at different speeds, and the pressure at the impact angle of 60 under different pressures is studied. And the speed change, the best installation angle for a cylindrical nozzle is 60.
