由于经济全球化不断发展,跨境电商已经成为最热门的商务业务之一,然而,随着竞争的加剧,传统的跨境电商模式不能满足各种个人卖家的需求,这催生出了一种新的商业模式——代发货。本文简单介绍了代发货模式的运营流程,其优点、缺点,如何进行选品以及如何寻找合适的供应商等内容。

With the development of economic globalization,cross-border e-commerce has become one of the hottest businesses in business. However,with the intensification of competition,the traditional cross-border e-commerce model can not meet the needs of various individual sellers,resulting in a new business model --consignment. This paper briefly introduces the operation process,advantages and disadvantages,how to select products and how to find suitable suppliers.
