本文将结构性矛盾引入科技体制改革研究,论证科技体制结构性矛盾的概念内涵及内在逻辑,从科技供给的机制制约、整体效能、供需对接、创新源头、关键环节、要素投入等方面揭示科技体制结构性矛盾的外在表征,提出以高质量科技供给破解科技体制结构性矛盾的改革路径。

This paper introduces structural contradiction into the research of the reform of the science and technology system,demonstrates the conceptual connotation and internal logic of structural contradiction in the science and technology system,reveals the external representation of the science and technology system from the aspects of the mechanism constraints of science and technology supply,overall efficiency,supply and demand docking,source of innovation,key links,and factor inputs.Then it finally proposes a reform route that we should solve the structural contradiction of the science and technology system through high-quality science and technology supply.
