外商直接投资的溢出效应、智力资本与区域创新产出:制度质量的调节作用

FDI Spillover Effect,Intellectual Capital and Regional Innovation Output: Moderating Role of Institutional Quality

基于30个省市2007—2016年的面板数据,本文实证研究外商直接投资(FDI)溢出效应和智力资本对区域创新产出的影响,并分析了制度质量的调节作用。研究结果表明:FDI溢出效应对区域创新产出具有显著正向影响,而制度质量负向调节二者之间的关系;FDI溢出效应对智力资本有显著正向影响,智力资本对区域创新产出有显著正向影响。本研究不仅拓展了研究FDI溢出效应和智力资本与区域创新产出之间关系的理论空间,同时也对提升我国区域创新能力具有重要的现实指导意义。

On the basis of 30 provincial data from 2007 to 2016,this paper empirically studies the impact of the FDI spillover effect and intellectual capital on regional innovation output,and analyzes the moderating role of institutional quality.The research results show that:FDI spillover effect has a significant positive effect on regional innovation output,and institutional quality plays a significantly negative moderating role.FDI spillover effect has a significant positive effect on intellectual capital.Intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on regional innovation output.The results provide a theoretical and methodological contribution to the study of relationship between FDI spillover effect,intellectual capital and regional innovation,but also provide practical guidance for China s regional innovation ability.
