摘要
针对露天剥采机截割系统存在工作效率低、可靠性差等缺陷,设计了一种星轮截割结构,进行截齿型号选择与排列方式设计。建立星轮截割结构动力学控制方程,采用ANSYS软件进行了静力分析、模态分析和动力学分析。结果表明,星轮结构模态频率远离工作频率,动态性能良好;齿座与轮臂连接部位为危险部位;恶劣工况下星轮轮臂结构安全系数达到1.42,齿座结构安全系数达到3.98。仿真结果验证了截割星轮截齿型号选择及截齿排列设计的合理性,为大型露天剥采机的截割系统研究设计提供理论参考。
For the strip mining machine cutting system defects of low efficiency and poor reliability,a cutting wheel structure,pick type selection and arrangement were designed.A star wheel cutting structure dynamics control equations was established,and static analysis、modal analysis and dynamic analysis were carried out by using software ANSYS.The results show that the modal frequency of the star wheel structure is much higher than the working frequency,and has good dynamic performance;the joints of pick seat and wheel arm is dangerous parts;sprocket wheel arm structure safety coefficient reaches 1.42 in bad condition,and the pick seat structure safety coefficient reaches 3.98.The simulation results verify the rationality of the cutting wheel pick type selection and design of pick arrangement,and provide a theoretical reference system research and design for large open-pit stripping machine cut system.
