随着企业化进程的不断加快,市场竞争越来越激烈。现在市场的相互竞争归根结底是人力资源的竞争。显然,做好人力资源管理是地勘单位必须要做的课题,同时也是一个很大的挑战。基于此,论文分析了地勘单位人力资源管理存在的问题及解决对策。
