柔性制造是目前装配制造行业正在不断推行的一种新型制造模式,随着中国制造2025战略的布局与实施,特别是信息化系统的蓬勃发展,为柔性制造带来了前所未有的便利。论文以电梯行业为例,探讨了柔性制造在电梯行业的应用。

FlexibleManufacturing (FM) is a newmanufacturingmode being continuously implemented in assemblymanufacturing industry. With the layout and implementation ofMade-in-China 2025 strategy, especially the vigorous development of information system, unprecedented convenience has been brought for flexible manufacturing. Taking the elevator industry as an example, this paper discusses the application of flexiblemanufacturinginthe elevator industry.
