面对石油化工(以下简称"石化")行业炼油产能严重过剩的形势,对民营企业来说,了解下游客户需求,不断提高客户粘性,已成为当前国内地方炼厂实现持续发展,提高竞争力的重要手段。论文通过对影响某民营石化企业装卸车效率的因素进行分析,探讨在企业经营过程中装卸车的效率提升策略,希望能对同行业相关工作的开展提供有益的借鉴。

Faced with the situation of serious excess oil refining capacity in petrochemical industry (hereinafter referred to as "petrochemical"), for private enterprises, understanding the needs of downstream customers and constantly improving customer stickiness has become become an important means for local refineries to achieve sustainable development and improve their competitiveness. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the efficiency of loading and unloading trucks in a private petrochemical enterprise, this paper discusses the strategy of improving the efficiency of loading and unloading vehicles in the process of enterprise management, it is hoped that this can provide a useful reference for the development of related work in the same industry.
