摘要
随着大数据、人工智能的迅速普及和发展,数字时代已经到来,其对现代企业管理带来日新月异的变化,使得人力资源管理更是发生着翻天覆地的变革。论文针对工程咨询行业中的人力资源管理如何与数字化紧密结合,解决传统人力资源管理工作中的痛点进行分析。
With the rapid popularization and development of big data and artificial intelligence, the digital era has arrived, which has brought rapid changes to modern enterprise management, and made earth-shaking changes in human resource management. This paper analyzes how human resource management in engineering consulting industry is closely integrated with digitalization and how to solve the pain points in traditional human resource management work.
