骨科患者伤口病原菌构成及耐药性分析 被引量:5

Analysis of pathogenic bacteria constituent and drug resistance of wound specimens in department of orthopedics

摘要 目的回顾性分析本院骨科伤口标本常见病原菌构成及耐药情况,指导临床合理应用抗菌药物。方法对本院2016年1月-2017年12月骨科伤口标本分离到的423株细菌的构成及耐药情况进行回顾性分析;使用西门子MicroScanwalkway-96plus细菌鉴定及药敏分析系统和ATBExpression细菌鉴定仪进行细菌鉴定和药敏试验。结果423株病原菌中前三位的是金黄色葡萄球菌(31.91%)、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(20.33%)和阴沟肠杆菌(10.16%);MRSA和MRCNS的检出率分别为44.7%和53.8%。结论葡萄球菌是骨科感染患者最主要的病原菌,临床根据药敏试验选择和调整抗菌药物,从而降低细菌耐药率,降低感染发生率,提高治疗效果。 Objective To retrospectively analyze the constitution and drug resistance of common pathogens in the samples collected from the Department of Orthopedics in PLA No. 88 Hospital, so as to guide the use of antibiotics in clinic. Methods To retrospectively analyze the constitution and the drug resistance of 423 strains of bacteria isolated from Department of Orthopedics in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017. MicroScan walkAway - 96plus and ATB Expression were used to determine bacteria and test the antibiotic susceptibility. Results The top three specimens were Staphylococcus aureus ( 31. 91%), coagulase - negative Staphylococcus( 20. 33%) and Enterobacter cloacae ( 10. 16%). The detection rates of MRSA and MRCNS were 44. 7% and 53. 8%% respectively. Conclusion Staphylococcus is the most important pathogenic bacteria in the Department of Orthopedics. The antimicrobial agents are selected and adjusted according to the drug sensitivity test in order to reduce the rate of bacterial resistance, reduce the incidence of infection and improve the therapeutic effect.
