A Historical Inspection into the Establishment of the Political Organ System in the People’s Army

政治机关制是保证党对军队绝对领导的重要组织制度之一,加强对这一制度的正确认识和理解,有利于新时代更好地发挥政治机关制保证党对军队绝对领导的作用。结合大量史料,本文考证了人民军队政治机关制在南昌起义、秋收起义、井冈山斗争和中央苏区时期的创立时间及形成过程,从史实上进一步廓清了人民军队政治机关制的创立过程,为新时代政治机关制创新发展提供了启示和借鉴。

The political organ system is one of the important organizational systems ensuring the Party’s absolute leadership over the army,and strengthening the correct understanding of this system is helpful for better playing the role of the political organ system in ensuring the Party’s absolute leadership over the army in the new era.Based on a lot of historical materials,this paper has found out the time of establishment and the process of forming of the political organ system in the people’s army during the Nanchang Uprising,the Autumn Harvest Uprising,the Jinggangshan Struggle and the Central Soviet Area period,clarified the process of creation of the political organ system in the people’s army,thus providing some references for innovatively developing the political organ system in the new era.
