弹载脉冲变压器的故障模式及影响分析

摘要 本文首先对空空导弹加速度信号隔离电路中脉冲变压器的常见故障模式进行分析,其次对故障给导弹飞行任务带来的影响进行建模仿真。仿真结果得出,故障发生时导弹不会出现姿态失控,威胁载机安全。但是,难以完成飞行任务。最后,提出了脉冲变压器的改进措施。 Firstly, the common fault modes of pulse transformer in acceleration signal isolation circuit of air-to-air missile were analyzed. Secondly, the impact of fault on missile flight mission was modeled and simulated. By analyzing the simulation results, it can be concluded that the attitude of the missile will not be out of control and threaten the safety of the aircraft when the fault occurs. However, it is difficult to complete the mission. Finally, the improvement measures of pulse transformer were put forward.
