摘要
针对传统使用压缩式制冷炒酸奶机功耗高、噪声大、受电力条件束缚等缺点,本文设计了一种利用光伏组件供能、半导体制冷技术制冷的太阳能炒酸奶机,并对炒酸奶机的性能进行了理论计算分析和MATLAB&Simulink仿真模拟。分析表明,太阳能炒酸奶机能够满足设计要求,实现设计目标。
In view of the shortcomings of traditional yoghurt stir-frying machine with compressed refrigeration, such as high power consumption, high noise and constrained by electric power conditions, a solar yoghurt stir-frying machine using photovoltaic module energy supply and semiconductor refrigeration technology was designed in this paper. The performance of the stir-frying yoghurt machine was analyzed theoretically and simulated by MATLAB &Simulink. The analysis shows that the solar fried yogurt machine can meet the design requirements and achieve the design goals.
