Selection and Application of Automation Instrument in Chemical Industry

自控仪表系统在化工生产中肩负着数据采集、分析、存档、控制以及监视等多方面任务,而自控仪表又分为两部分,即自动化控制系统与自动化仪表。其中,自动化仪表的选择与使用直接影响化工生产的安全与稳定。安全生产是化工行业赖以生存的基石,因此,本文探讨了化工行业中自动化仪表的种类、选型及应用,以供参考。

Auto-control instrumentation system plays many roles in chemical production, such as data acquisition,analysis, archiving, control and monitoring. Auto-control instrumentation is divided into two parts, namely, automatic control system and automatic instrumentation. Among them, the choice and use of automatic instruments directly affect the safety and stability of chemical production. Safety in production is the cornerstone for the survival of the chemical industry. Therefore, this paper discussed the types, selection and application of automation instruments in the chemical industry for reference.
