摘要 本文对大型黄化机搅拌器的结构组成、产品参数、关键零部件的加工精度、加工工艺流程进行介绍。由于本黄化机搅拌器是以往同类产品中尺寸最大的一款,因此,对零部件的加工工艺要求更高。为达到产品的使用要求,笔者对搅拌器的加工工艺进行详细策划和分析,对加工流程进行进一步优化,并配备先进的加工设备,最终制定出完善合理的加工工艺方案,实现大型黄化机搅拌器的圆满试造。 In this paper, the structure, product parameters, processing accuracy of key parts and process flow of the agitator of large-scale yellowing machine were introduced. Because the mixer of the yellowing machine was the largest one of the similar products in the past, the processing technology of the parts was more demanding. In order to meet the use requirements of the product, the author planned and analysed the processing technology of the mixer in detail, optimized the processing flow further, equiped advanced processing equipment, and finally formulated a perfect and reasonable processing technology plan to realize the successful trial production of the mixer of the largescale yellowing machine.
