应用品管圈提高医疗设备调配中心医疗设备周转率——以南京医科大学附属南京医院为例 被引量:10

摘要 目的通过品管圈活动来提高医疗设备调配中心医疗设备周转率。方法成立医疗设备品管圈,由品管圈经验丰富的护士长担任辅导员,通过头脑风暴法、甘特图、柏拉图、鱼骨图、雷达图和流程图等质量管理工具发掘问题、实施对策、改善问题。结果实施对策1个月后,医疗设备周转率由13.90%提高到23.33%,目标达标率120.74%,进步率67.84%。结论品管圈活动明显地提高了调配中心医疗设备的周转率,也为如何评估调配中心医疗设备的使用效率提供了新的思路,圈员们熟练地掌握了品管圈的质量管理工具,增强了责任心、自信心、团队凝聚力及职业精神。 Objective To improve the medical equipment turnover rate of Deployment Center by quality control circle. Methods Medical equipment quality control circle was established, the experienced matron of quality control circle was assigned as the counselor, problems were explored and countermeasures were implemented to solve the problem through quality management tools such as brainstorming, Gantt chart, Plato, fishbone diagram, radar chart, flow chart, and other quality management tools. Results After implementation for one month, the medical equipment turnover rate increased from 13.90 % to 23.33 %, the target compliance rate was 120.74 % and progress rate was 67.84 %. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the quality control circle significantly improve the turnover rate of medical equipment in Deployment Center, which provide new ideas for evaluating efficiency of medical equipment in Deployment Center. Members of the circler have mastered quality management tools of quality control circle and enhanced sense of responsibility, self-confidence, cohesion and professionalism.
