京津冀地区货运车辆能源环境影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 从2001-2015年京津冀地区13个城市的货运总量、货运结构和主要城市货运量三方面的变化情况,介绍了京津冀地区的货运发展现状。在此基础上,分析了2001-2015年京津冀地区13个城市货运总能耗的变化情况、2015年京津冀地区13个城市能耗结构情况以及主要城市货运能耗情况。之后,分析了京津冀地区2015年国家干线货车污染物排放的总体情况、京津冀地区分道路类型和货车类型的货车污染物排放情况。最后,从货运需求、货运结构、货运市场和货车排放四个方面,对京津冀地区降低货运能耗、减少货车排放提出措施建议。 The paper firstly described freight development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions, including freight volume, freight structure and freight volume of 3 main cities. Secondly, the paper studied freight energy consumption of 13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions from 2001 to 2015;analyzed structure of freight energy consumption of 13 cities in 2015, elaborated freight energy consumption of 3 main cities. Thirdly, the paper analyzed truck air pollutant emissions of national trunk highway in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions in 2015, truck air pollutant emissions by road types and truck types are also elaborated. Finally, the paper presented measures and suggestions of mitigating freight energy consumption and air pollution, from freight demand, freight structure, freight market and freight emission etc.
